Can I get a design on both sides of the shirt?  Absolutely! You may design your shirt however you like. There will be an extra charge for additional artwork, usually starting from $8.00 for a single name, more for designs. Just submit your request, and I'll invoice the total amount.

Can you paint on any other color t shirt?  Yes, however, painting on certain colors interferes w/ the color of the paint, due to the transparency of certain colors. Painting on a black shirt is possible, & looks good. However, it takes longer because several layers of paint is necessary, increasing the cost of the item. Just email for more info.

How long will the paint last on my shirt?  If you follow the instructions I send w/ the shirt, the paint will permanently last, through countless washes. In most cases, the artwork will outlast the shirt.

What kind of paints do you use?  I use a Non-Toxic, water-based fabric paint, that once heat set, becomes permanent in the material.

Can I use bleach if I get a stain on my shirt?  No. If you spill something on your shirt, the heat set paint will provide some stain protection, but You can spot-clean w/ something like the Tide bleach sticks if necessary, avoiding the art work.

Will my shirt shrink after I wash it?  You have to wash them in cold water anyway, but if you use a dryer, it may shrink a little. If it is 100% cotton, I highly recommend hang-drying as it will most likely shrink. Using a dryer will shorten the life of any shirt, and why do that to your favorite new t-shirt:)

Can you paint from a photo or picture I send?  Yes, that is our specialty! The artist is well experienced with over 25 years in custom art & photo-realistic painting. Our portfolios listed in the navigation menu above are all samples of previous works, & includes but never limited to: Cars, pets, portraits & faces...Email us your request & we will quote a price based on the level of detail & time (Normally starting from $75 & at least 2 weeks for completion).

Can I send my own item to be painted?   Yes! We are always taking custom requests for artwork & items. Since there are so many options with our services, we can only list the items that we can keep in stock.  Send us your own shirts, jackets, shoes, helmets...whatever it may be & we'll paint it!  There are certain limitations so please contact us for more info & pricing.

How do I upgrade my design to an item not listed in the menu?  All of our listings come with a choice of items in the drop down menus, however, if you wish to upgrade to an item in our Upgrades, Clothing & Accessory collection, just follow these simple instructions:

1st.  Go to the item you wish to upgrade to, Zipper Hood, Tank Top, Long Sleeve Tee, etc., select the item, size & color, and add that to the cart.

2nd.  Select the design* you would like to have airbrushed from any of our listings, then add that to the cart . *(The design price includes a t-shirt by default - in other words, you are not paying for a tee AND the upgrade, just the artwork...so select the matching size/color T-SHIRT, then type in the personalization box "I am upgrading",or " purchasing upgrade" etc.) Be sure to only select the tee for now regardless of what you are upgrading to or you will pay too much!

3rd.  Make one combined purchase for both the design & upgrade. You can type the name or instructions in the notes section at checkout, or email us immediately after purchase.

Note:  Shipping is discounted for the upgrade since there will automatically be a combined weight with the 't-shirt' on the design purchase. It's not an exact science, but no worries...any overage on shipping will be promptly refunded after we purchase the shipping label.

Do you accept returns?  Due to the custom nature of our products & services, we have a limited return policy. Because of this we ask that you please confirm all your information- sizes, placement, colors, & SPELLING of the name before making your purchase. Our policy is as follows:

Return Policy

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• -without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• -within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
• -must not be a personalized item, or custom order (without prior approval)
• -unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.


Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
